This section provides the introductory context and foundational overview for this document.
33.1 Purpose of the Team Section
GILC is an institutional, scientific, legal, and technical initiative. Its credibility depends not only on the architecture described in this whitepaper, but also on the people responsible for its formation, governance, implementation, and review.
The team structure is organized into three primary groups:
- Executive leadership;
- GILC advisors;
- DFT executive, applications, and compliance contributors.
This structure reflects the dual nature of the project. GILC requires strategic leadership and institutional direction, but it also requires legal expertise, technical execution, scientific review, governance competence, and public-facing operational support.

The executive leadership group is responsible for the institutional direction, strategic coherence, public positioning, and operational advancement of GILC.
