Constitutional Demarcation: A Research Fabric is a bounded epistemological architecture. Structural formulation, digital execution, and proof-assistant replay declare local invariants; they do not constitute unverified physical validation.
Research Question
Can field structure, hierarchical matter organization, and low-energy physical order be modeled from a more primitive scale-dependent spectral substrate?
Scientific Basis
SFR positions FQFT as the primary physics-extension layer of the programme. The proposed construction starts from a Planck-scale regular/Ramanujan graph and its spectral density, builds a fractal/Hausdorff measure space, and treats Hausdorff dimension as a running renormalization-group variable rather than a fixed background constant.
Architecture
- Planck-scale graph substrate;
- spectral density and induced measure structure;
- scale-dependent Hausdorff geometry;
- field action defined on the resulting measure space;
- running dimension as a structural degree of freedom;
- dimensional stabilization;
- proposed recovery of an ordinary four-dimensional low-energy QFT regime;
- prediction ledger and computational companion for testable claims.
Core Invariants / Constraints
- consistency of the spectral substrate;
- controlled dimensional flow;
- stabilization of the running dimension;
- preservation of canonical dimensional structure in the recovery limit;
- explicit separation between theoretical prediction and measured confirmation.
Validity Domain & Public Status Boundary
FQFT is a proposed frontier field framework under active development. It is not accepted physics, an experimentally validated Standard Model replacement, or a completed derivation of observed particle physics. Prediction claims should be linked to explicit calculations and experimental criteria.
