EPISTEMIC DEMARCATION // Tier 2 (Theoretical Hypothesis)
Inspect Results Ledger →

Constitutional Demarcation: A Research Fabric is a bounded epistemological architecture. Structural formulation, digital execution, and proof-assistant replay declare local invariants; they do not constitute unverified physical validation.

Research Question

If fabric primacy is taken seriously, what kind of reality must be affirmed?

Scientific Basis

TFR deepens Principia Fabrica from an orienting principle into a realist ontological position. The core claim is that lawful fabrical structure is constitutive of the real, rather than merely a descriptive metaphor applied to an underlying object-only substrate.

Architecture

  • Ontological elevation — fabric moves from explanatory model to constitutive principle.
  • Realist commitment — lawful relational and compositional structures are treated as features of the real.
  • Continuity through composition — persistence and identity are maintained through structured relation.
  • Layered articulation — differentiation, localization, scale variation, and lawful transition remain possible inside a fabrical reality.
  • Anti-reductionism — wholes are not treated as nothing more than externally connected sums of self-sufficient primitives.

Core Invariants

The source does not publish a numbered invariant list. The website should therefore state these as structural commitments:

  • lawful composition;
  • continuity-bearing organization;
  • relationally constituted identity;
  • invariant-bearing transformation;
  • preservation of differentiation without collapse into disconnected atomism.

Validity Domain & Public Status Boundary

TFR is an ontological research framework. It does not by itself establish experimental confirmation, physical mechanism, or theorem-level proof. Later mathematical, physical, and digital Fabrics must establish their own formal and empirical status independently.

Research / Development Path

TFR functions as the ontological bridge toward stabilization law, admissible recursive structure, invariant engineering, primitive reconstruction, and field/digital architectures.
