Research / Engineering Question ​

How could freight participants coordinate identity, capacity, commitments, shipment state and settlement in a shared system without losing organizational autonomy or auditability?

Minimal Architecture ​

Until a canonical source pack is attached, only the following high-level structure is retained:

  • participant / organization identity;
  • freight / shipment objects;
  • capacity and commitment records;
  • state/event provenance;
  • governance and authorization;
  • interoperability with external logistics systems;
  • audit / settlement interfaces.

Core Constraints ​

  • shipment state must be traceable to source events;
  • platform coordination cannot replace legal transport documentation;
  • settlement rules require jurisdiction-specific validation;
  • optimization claims require measured operational evidence;
  • carrier and shipper data boundaries remain explicit.
