Constitutional Demarcation: A Research Fabric is a bounded epistemological architecture. Structural formulation, digital execution, and proof-assistant replay declare local invariants; they do not constitute unverified physical validation.
Research / Engineering Question
How can an institution or state operate AI-assisted reasoning infrastructure while maintaining local authority, provenance, auditable decision boundaries and protection against epistemic drift?
Source Basis
The current project-media register describes Project Sovereign Coherence in terms of native GILC nodes, AGI/AI risk, epistemic fragmentation and sovereign computational infrastructure.
The media description also contains stronger claims involving physical resonance and replacement of conventional guardrails. Those claims are not promoted here, because the current source pass does not provide independent scientific evidence supporting them.
Architecture
At the defensible current level, the architecture consists of:
- sovereign/local node identity;
- locally governed knowledge sources;
- bounded AI reasoning services;
- provenance and audit trails;
- policy/admissibility constraints;
- human/institutional authorization;
- cross-node exchange interfaces;
- incident/recovery controls.
Core Invariants
- local authority remains identifiable;
- AI output is distinct from authorized institutional decision;
- source provenance remains recoverable;
- epistemic status is preserved;
- external exchange cannot silently rewrite local policy;
- model confidence does not become institutional truth by default;
- emergency overrides and accountability remain human/institutional.
Evidence & Status
Current evidence is conceptual/project-media only.
Public Status Boundary
Project Sovereign Coherence is not evidence of solved AGI safety, guaranteed hallucination prevention, physically anchored truth, or production sovereign-AI security.
Research / Implementation Path
- formalize sovereign-node threat model;
- define knowledge and policy boundaries;
- implement provenance-preserving reasoning;
- evaluate adversarial prompt/data attacks;
- define human authorization paths;
- benchmark against established secure AI/governance architectures.
