"Data is an invariant that belongs to the observer."
This document formalizes the data processing constraints within the ScrollHub infrastructure. All interactions are governed by the v6.0.0-CANONICAL kernel standards.
01 :: Observer Anonymity
Every observer interacting with the Fabrica remains locally anonymous. We do not track identities; we track coherence. Your identity is an invariant reconstructible only by you.
02 :: zero Telemetry Storage
Logical logs generated during your session are volatile. They reside in your local browser strata and are purged upon segment termination. No uplink to central archives is initiated without explicit affirmative command.
03 :: Topological Encryption
All data transfers between your node and Fabrica Core are hardened using modern cryptographic standards. We use topological knot encoding to ensure that even a state collapse does not leak observer metrics.
04 :: Recursive Consent
Consent is not a checkbox; it is a synchronized state. By interacting with this lattice, you acknowledge the privacy invariants established herein.
05 :: Analytics & Sovereign Traffic Measurement
To measure the reach and engagement of our public scientific communications without compromising visitor sovereignty, this site utilizes Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-4KQEJBV63z). In strict alignment with our observer-anonymity invariants, this integration is configured to enforce IP anonymization and respects "Do Not Track" browser parameters. It processes only aggregate, non-personally identifiable telemetry to audit public crawl readiness and routing performance.
