Purpose
This queue records which contributor/source tethers need public citations, what type of source is preferred, and why.
Citation Expansion Rules
- Prefer primary or official sources.
- Mark uncertain links as pending.
- Do not cite a source as validation of SFR.
- Record source purpose.
- Record claim boundary.
